USACi will provide the following before and during the event:
USACi will provide a mailing to all known members in your area to promote the event.
USACi will also list your event on the Official USACi Web Site to aid in promotion of the event.
USACi will provide all paperwork, and registration forms at no cost to you.
USACi will provide judges and staff needed to keep the event running smoothly.
USACi will provide all meters necessary for RTA and SPL judging.
USACi will provide all trophies and prize money (when applicable)
You will need to provide:
- A suitable location to hold the event. You will need to make sure the area is large enough to accommodate all competitors, lanes and spectators.
- Local promotion is encouraged to increase the interest in the show.
- Some form of protection from the elements is appreciated.
